Goal Setting
How are your finances? How are your marketing goals? Do you even know? If not, it’s okay! For a long time, I just ran my business month to month. I had no concrete goals, and no roadmap to achieve them. I started by creating some spreadsheets, making some lists, and ended up with my Business Goals Worksheet.
